We all know the benefits of wearing a finely tailored power suit — it makes you feel refined and put-together. Many celebrities have opted for this structured classic over a ballgown on the red carpet.

But recently, we’ve noticed a new iteration of the classic look, and we’re beyond obsessed. Think statement sleeves and boxy silhouettes.

From Rihanna’s borrowed-from-the-boys Matthew Adams Dolan suit to Bella Hadid’s Barbie pink blazer dress by Virgil Abloh’s streetwear brand Off-White, designers have come up with many innovative variations of the classic power suit.

Scroll on to see eight of our favorites and shop similar versions if you’re feeling inspired.

Gisele Bündchen

Selena Gomez

Singer Selena GomezSelena Gomez‘s spin on the look included the Summer-favorite print gingham. The singer wore a baby-blue two-piece from The Brock Collection. The off-the-shoulder top featured long sleeves and buttons going down the front.

Rihanna

Rihanna’s oversize, camel-colored suit was designed by Matthew Adams Dolan. With its statement sleeves and boxy silhouette, it looked like Rihanna borrowed her look from one of the boys. Even the trousers followed the larger-than-life theme.

Victoria Beckham

Designer Victoria BeckhamCelebrities are also opting for a pajama-inspired suit. Take Victoria Beckham, for example, who wore a loosely fitted plaid top and trouser set from her Resort ’18 collection. This lightweight suit is perfect for the warm-weather months.

Priyanka Chopra

Bollywood and Hollywood actress Priyanka ChopraThere’s no denying the menswear nod in Priyanka Chopra‘s Public School suit. The gray suit, which featured a classic checkered pattern, had a plunging V-neck and cutout details on the sleeves. The actress styled her suit with strappy black sandals.

Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen

Another way we’ve seen the traditional power suit redesigned is as a “dress suit.” Case in point? Ashley Olsen, who stuck to her usual minimalist roots wearing a full-length button-down dress with bell sleeves.

Gigi Hadid

Model Gigi HadidGigi Hadid actually channeled the Olsen twins by wearing one of their creations to the 2017 CFDA Awards. The supermodel opted for the minimalist, floor-length silk gown and matching long coat by The Row. She finished her look with a pair of custom Stuart Weitzman Swarovski crystal slides.

Bella Hadid

American fashion model Bella HadidGigi Hadid’s little sister, Bella, also tried her hand at the reinvented power suit in this Barbie pink number by Off-White c/o Virgil Abloh. The magenta suit featured structured padded shoulders reminiscent of the ’80s, wide sleeves, and a matching wide belt that cinched in the model’s already-tiny waist.
